Serendipity Stamps Summer Card
When I think of summer, inevitably I come up with images of the ocean and seaside. Using the Serendipity Stamps Lighthouse die and stamp set I created this card. I layered Distress oxide inks over Distress inks on the lower two thirds of the card. For the sky I applied Tumbled Glass distress ink with a blending tool. The lighthouse is die cut and colored with Copic Markers. I added a little shine to the windows with a Glaze pen. Quote on the front and the shell on the inside are both part of the Lighthouse stamp set.
Have fun creating your summer seaside scenery!

I live near to the Canadian Rocky Mountains, so seeing a lighthouse - especially one as striking as yours - is a real treat! Such a wonderful beach/sea scene...and likely far warmer than the weather we're having here. Pouring rain and chilly! The shell inside adds extra charm! So thrilled you're joining us as a GD! Your creativity is inspiring!
